Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, set up your business profile, save customers and opportunities, build quotes, and create proposals. This can include your email address, business contact details, customer contact details, fleet information, pricing inputs, notes, and proposal content.
We also store payment-related identifiers and entitlement status needed to confirm access. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider used at checkout and are not stored by DetailQuote.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, save your work, calculate prices, generate client proposals, confirm purchases, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Service providers
DetailQuote relies on service providers including Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for hosting and application delivery, a payment provider for checkout and payment processing, and Meta where the Meta Pixel is enabled for advertising measurement. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.
Analytics and advertising
When configured, the Meta Pixel may record page views and standard commerce events such as viewing DetailQuote, starting checkout, and a verified purchase. Browser or device information may be sent to Meta as part of that measurement.
Your customer data
You control the customer and fleet information you enter into DetailQuote. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to store and use that information and for respecting any privacy duties you owe your own customers or prospects.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations. We use access controls and row-level database protections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
