Using DetailQuote
DetailQuote is a business tool for building fleet-detailing pricing, opportunity records, quote drafts, and client proposals. You must use it lawfully and only for accounts and information you are authorized to manage.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you enter, and activity performed through your credentials. Do not share access in a way that compromises the service or another person's information.
Pricing calculations
DetailQuote provides estimates based on the inputs you supply. Results are planning tools, not guarantees of profit, cost, tax treatment, labor requirements, scheduling feasibility, customer acceptance, or business performance. You remain responsible for reviewing every quote and proposal before using it commercially.
Payments and access
Purchases are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. Product price, taxes, payment methods, and transaction terms shown at checkout form part of the purchase. Access is activated only after the completed transaction is verified by DetailQuote's server.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the business, customer, fleet, pricing, notes, and proposal content you enter. You grant DetailQuote the limited permission needed to host and process that content to provide the service.
DetailQuote materials
The DetailQuote application, pricing logic, interface, branding, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you the right to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the product or permit resale, copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution.
Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, secure, or change the service over time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DetailQuote is provided without a guarantee that a particular pricing decision, proposal, or commercial outcome will be successful. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
